Door lever broke!

Love the sensor - but the door lever is weak and broke after 6 months. It's completely unworkable (ie, useless) without the door lever since the door can't be opened. Fixed it with super glue (had to open the case and stick a large metal washer to the...

Terrible

Technology isn't meant to last but upgraded.I'm keeping my old microwave,it's a toshiba, made in japan, very heavy, bulletproof, over 20yrs old and works like new.It will out last this panasonic digital [censored word removed]. Panasonic tv's are good though.

Light,looks good.

Not built to last.Replaced button to door opener which was made of thin plastic.

Terrible

We bought this microwave for only 2 and a half year, and it died. Wouldn't buy a panasonic microwave again, they should stick making TV product only.

The brand name (not any more, for microwave anyway) we have a panasonic TV and it lasts forever.

It died after 2 and a half year.

Good

We got rid of a 1983 microwave and bought this so for us it is heaven... it cooks fast, actually defrosts instead of cooking. I was shocked that the 1983 microwave returned our cup handle to us everytime yet this 2008 model did not have that feature! A...

Cooks or defrosts very quickly, easy to use. Would buy again.

Doesn't time it's rotation to return the cup handle to you. Can't set the timer for longer than 1 hour - my wall oven had no timer and I had hoped to use the microwave timer but its macimum is an hour. Much more powerful than I was used to - it...

Good

The inverter technology is great: medium is a true medium power, not 10 seconds high then 10 seconds off to get 50% on average like traditional microwaves. Food cooks very evenly. The sensor reheat is great: press one button and off it goes until the...

Sensor cooking is brilliant, defrosts really well, powerful so things cook quickly, takes large dishes, can use it as just a digital timer,

Only 10 and 1 buttons so you have to do a lot of pressing to get it started and the buttons aren't very sensitive.

Bad

Fine, but keypad is so clunky and frustrating that am going to replace this. Every time i use this microwave I get frustrated.

Very powerful, cooks food relatively quickly compared to a lot of microwaves

The buttons are hard to push. Often have to press twice to get them to work. It's annoying that you have to put in the time by pressing a "1 minute button" and a "10 Seconds" or "1 seconds" button. So if you want to put in 5 mins 45 seconds, you have...
