I received the product in a timely fashion and was notifed when it would arrive. This was great for me I was able to plan for someone to be available for the product delivery.

Probably is cooking fine, but the door sounds tinny and cheap when opened or closed. The push bar is also takes more muscle than normal.

Use primarily for heating water for tea, reheating coffee, defrosting with power level selection - worked great without cooking if watched closely, microwave popcorn, reheat of leftovers. Really liked the power choice for defrosting and with rotation...

This microwave cooks very quickly and evenly. I find the time cook feature a little unclear, but I'm sure I'll figure it out in time. Controls not as intuitive as the Panasonic Micro/convection I have at home.

I really like the stylish sleek look and the easy to use dial to add time for microwaving. Has all the bells and whistles I need and still fits in a compact space.
