Poor quality even worse customer relations (Panasonic Ignored Court Ruling!)

Lasted 13 months and the enamel where the door seal contacts began to bubble. Did what at the time I believed to be the right thing and advised Panasonic. Initially Panasonic claimed I had caused the problem because I had NOT wiped the area clean. I...

Great microwave.

Microwaves well. Super handy not having the turntable. It is a fingerprint magnet. The dial to adjust time is great. its handy for keeping food warm after a BBQ. Steam is not the strongest or anything - nothing like regular steaming on a stovetop....

Handy product!

Poor quality product

Poor quality product - very noisy with continuous scraping noise when in use. Biggest problem is it nukes a small area of the food which explodes all over the interior yet the rest remains stone cold. Reheating to a set temperature is very erratic....

the tray is brittle. glass shards fly off all the time. the grill feature stews the steaks not grill. the on button is worn out after 6 months. the steam setting just wets everything and you have to clean the insides all the time after each use. it...

I feel that the biggest benefit of the Panasonic Steam Combi lies in the ability for mums to cook a variety of healthy and yummy foods quickly and easily due to the combination cooking methods it offers. You can microwave, then steam or microwave then...

The best investment

Very good machine which lives up to the standards. the machine is only 1 year old and it is the same like the day we borght it. After steaming the microwave would usually fill with water droplets everywhere but you would expect that from a steamer. the...
