After 14 months the oven coating started to peel off. Panasonic would not honour the 2 year warranty. JL offered £50 off if we bought another microwave from them. AVOID

It's very complicated. The grill and Oven are only what you would expect. The worst points are Difficulty seeing what's in. The lighting is very poor. When setting you need strong kitchen lights as buttons are black and not easy to Find. So mistakes...

The flat bed in this microwave makes it so much more versatile. It can accommodate larger and more useful dishes. Great results in all programmes. Much better in every function than my last 3 year old Samsung. No negatives

Nowhere near as good as my previous Panasonic microwave. Excessive condensation inside after use. Steam can be seen escaping from door seal during cooking. Inconsistent cooking results for same food product, sometimes food not completely cooked.
