This is a good microwave. Large & tall items fit in it. Has a good ventilation. The light underneath it could be brighter (I may try a stronger light bulb but haven't had time yet). Heats very quickly and effectively Performance Heats and defrosts...

Manual is sparse on instructions. Must always hit CANCEL button when done cooking or unit continually beeps for more time. It has no zero-power option.

i like this product because it fits my kitchen decor and is very quiet and easy to use

Documentation is very good. I classified myself as a handyman. I installed the unit myself from start to finish. The unit is quite heavy, I wouldn't recommends lifting alone if there is someone nearby. The installed is very easy, achievable by one person.
