A bit clunky to use. You mostly need two hands to open the door. It's hard to see what's going on inside.

one thing I would like on it is seconds instead of just 10 seconds

Its straightforward to use.If you only require basic use i.e. jacket potatoes,reheating etc.its fine If you actually need to use for cooking meals and more complicated things then its not the one for you.

the timer is very dull

It does everything it claims to do easily.

It would benefit by the ability for the user to program their own favourite programs. The pre-set programs are useless for me.

looks good, easy to use, buttom panel is easy to clean

unless you tug the door sharply to open it you can drag the oven across the work surface!
