Menu pad difficult to use. Pull door instead of press button door. Flimsy lightweight design therefore opening door without steady machine will pull it off the shelf!

very easy to use and clean. Even heating/cooking. Robust design, able to withstand the rigours of a large family.

It picks up fingerprint and steam marks very easily. It could do with an anti-fingerprint coating similar to the AEG range.

Looks good

Defrost function can only be done by weight, not time, although the manual indicates it can. The manual suggests speed defrost can be done by time. This is only a minor issue easily overcome.

more condensation inside when cooking for longer periods, which we've not had on other microwaves before

Large enough to cope with my culinary demands, yet compact and stylish enough to look smart in any kitchen. It is quiet, easy to use and excellent value for money.

Capacity is very good and value for money.

Would benefit from the control buttons lighting up so you could see which button your pressing. Difficult to read buttons without the light.
