The door requires a lot of force to open it

easy to use

Aluminium both inside and out. Simple knob control for time, etc., with very few buttons to control the whole device. Power saving in that the clock led doesn't shine all the time.

Easy to use, looks good.

Only bad point is you can't see the food inside when it's cooking - the door glass is too dark, so its hard to tell if you are overcooking something.

Could be easier to use, and the worst part is that you have to push a button to get the time every time.

Easy to set programs ets.

Handle could be more solid. Had one before and the catch at the bottom of the door and the handle eventually fell apart. Our machine does get well used but another microwave of a different variety has lasted longer however it is not so easy to use.
