I have had zero problems with a Hotpoint microwave at my last address (8 years) and the new one at my new home (3 years). It does exactly what I want and have had no issues with its function. The only thing I miss, is the older model had surface light...

bought this unit as a replacement of an older GE microwave. Pros: the door latch on this model is really quiet Cons: the vent is loud
