When wiping the touch panel, the touch controls switch on if you are not careful, as they respond so easily

Struggle to use as a grill with the shelf and the tray that were supplied. There is not a specific grill pan supplied which I find odd.I contacted electolux but they weren't helpful and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me about my query.
