We purchased this microwave to replace another GE model that we had previously. It is almost the same with some new features. Opening and closing the door is very noisy, but the oven works well.

Use this microwave mainly for heating pre cooked food, defrosting or making popcorn. It is fresh purchase so hard to judge on reliability. Nice design - easy to use. It is not overloaded with functions. It is confusing how to install the charcoal filter.
