After less than 2 year use, no heating. The magnetron tube is broken. Not covered by the warranty. They sell the part at $158, more than the microwave oven price. I do not recommend this product. Do not buy it!!

Have flogged this to death, does a great convection job on 2.1 kg roast chickens twice a week. If it lasts 2 years we will be very satisfied. Was a bargain at $198 and so far has lasted 20 months.
