Good for money but doesn't give a close finish around neck etc

Pity this item cannot be returned. We purchased because it was on sale, and my son had one some years ago. It is very heavy to use, vibrates in your hand. And I made a real mess of a hair cut. And as for my husband beard, well that looked a mess too....

think the set I bought were faulty. On first impression they look great for the cost, good weight, accessories and case. Turned on, they were so loud I couldn't put them next to my sons ear at first! Poor uneven cut, and cut too close round the ear...
