Found the shaver very poor at removing any hair at all. It was purchased for a young male with not much hair only just starting to shave and it wouldn't remove the hair without using the clipper blade first

Bought this for my boyfriend, he's used it a number of times now and every time it's left his face very sore and seems to give him a red rash all over his face and neck... he no longer uses it
