Small screen difficult to see across room; interface can get sluggish with large music libraries; slight delay between tracks; no support for Pandora, Last.fm, or Slacker; included remote occasionally confusing.

The Philips NP2500 offers many of the features available on more-expensive digital audio streamers for less money and has an attractive color display, but it's hard to see from a distance and playback has some occasional hiccups.

Streaming the Internet Planet ... with a nice face

 

I have other Streamium devices at my place, but I needed one to fit with the dining/kitchen area so I opted to try the Philips Philips Streamium Network Music Player with FullSound NP2500/37 which is connected to external Philips Multimedia Speakers...

Easy Unit install, nice looking unit, free internet and uPNP

TwonkyServer not the best, some freeze, only Rhapsody, remote should have screen also
