The ScreenPlay stores up to 2TB of music and video
Up to 2TB storage; supports wide range of audio/video formats; WiFi adaptor included
Erratic music track listing in browser interface
We had no trouble playing any of our music and video test files, but we did discover an odd bug that causes the ScreenPlay DX HD to sometimes list songs in alphabetical order rather than following the original CD track numbers. That’s something that...

The ScreenPlay MX will play most formats that you throw at it, with the benefit of a solid 1 TB of onboard storage space thrown in for good measure.
Very handy and easy to use, 1 TB of onboard storage, good software included.
No HDMI cable included, slight delay when scrolling through directories.

Expensive, no Component/DVI output, no support for WMV
The Iomega Screenplay offers a convenient interim solution for viewing photos, music and movies on a television. Be prepared to pay a premium for the extra functionality though.

The Iomega ScreenPlay falls far short of its promise to organize and back up your multimedia files.
Quite portable. IR remote. Built-in multimedia controls. Great concept.
Slow boot-up times. "Easy to use" interface is slow to the point of uselessness. Limited video playback (no QuickTime, no WMV). No playlist support. Expensive for external storage.

HD Media Players are now more or less known as single-function-devices with the continuous rise of gaming consoles and 3D Blu-Ray Media Players, which offer much more in terms of features and functionality.
The Iomega ScreenPlay TV Link DX HD Media Player retails for Rs. 8,999. It might not be on the cheaper side, but with the looks, quality and features, this just might be the budget media player you're looking for to complement your TV.

It's small compact it's easy to set up and you can browse the Internet, All your contents on your pc can be found easaly. All you need is an external hard drive and away you go.
The only bad fault is the Adobe flash player is not up to date and I'm having difficultly getting it to download , apart from that its great.
