deleted programe when should'nt, froze could'nt do anything with it had to turn it off at plug.

Easy to use and value for money.

Initially we had an issue with the unit because the red light did not come on when you switched the unit off. A replacement unit did the same thing. As the colour of the indicator light does not change you never know if the unit is on or off....

remote control is sometimes hard to use the buttons are not sensitive enough to make using the handset easy. any body with dexterity problems should not buy this product. the reciever does not always respond to the remote control which can be frustrating.

cant find any that are worth mentioning

very hard to work out how to record ,and then to watch what you recorded,it has a tendancy to loose thr use of the remote control,only way to fix that is to turn the ppower of then start from fresh all over again.anything but helpfull

This machine keeps failing and cancelling out your recordings which defeats the purpose of buying it in the first place. Waste of money.
