Easy to set up Small

Very small remote control. Found it hard to get full range of channels, despite having no issues with old box.

Exactly as advertised, the basics, simple to set up and fit for my needs, if you are looking for fancy and high tech this is not for your. Very pleased with the product and the speed with which it was delivered. Overall very pleased customer.

We have very bad reception where we are and your freeview essentials have given us a very good picture where we had no picture before easy to use we are very happy with our purchase thank you.

don't get all channels due to ariel position. To many channels

Disappointed that I cannot get as many channels as I did with my previous box - eg ITV3 is not available.
