i used it on my sony a57. gives an excellent depth of field and aperture is easily adjustable. the problem is it don't have any focus indicator, so you won't know if the subject is focused or not

I purchased this lens specifically for indoor shooting, and portraits, especially close up, full face photos. In my first several uses, at family gatherings, this lens is everything i expected. This lens is a great value.
