Gary Wolstenholme takes a look at this diagonal fisheye lens for Four Thirds format cameras from Olympus.

Very good centre sharpness when stopped down; Dust and weather sealing; Fast focusing; Build quality

Softness at maximum aperture and towards the edges of the frame; Chromatic aberrations towards the edges of the frame

If you're after a diagonal fisheye for your Four Thirds format SLR, you don't really have much choice than to go for this optic unless you have a Micro Four Thirds Adapter handy. Performance-wise, it is a bit of a mixed-bag, with soft images at maximum...

Excllent specialist lens - as long as you can "see" in non-rectilinear perspective (NOT distorted perspective BTW). Built like a battleship and excellent close-focus options. Huge DoF. Only issue is (understandable) lack of filter capability - burnt...
