Used for extra detail normally after I've first used my 30X DS eyepiece. Not quite as bright as 30X but not far behind. Great for digiscoping with Nikon 1 V1 and Nikon DSA-N1. Make sure you screw the eyepiece all the way in though.

Have been using the eyepiece for a few months now on my ED50, and am very pleased with it. Not quite 5* overall as it does not give the clarity of (much) more expensive products and not 5* on price either- why do these items cost so much more in the UK...
