The things I hate about this product are first the absence of a proper lens cap. It is supplied with a type of cloth bag. Why I do not know. It's about time Nikon sorted this. Ordered a Don Zeck cap from the USA which shouldn't be necessary

Crystal sharp pictures, stunning contrast, lightning autofocus, coupled with superb vibration reduction just takes your breath away. i wish I'd taken the plunge and bought one years ago

There aren't any. It's heavy and expensive, but with all that glass I think that's unavoidable

Superb image quality, pro build, rapid auto focus, beautiful bokeh

Initial price is hard to swallow (but you won't regret), lack of filter for front lens protection (but large hood helps), twist activated VR rather than switch, quite heavy (but compared to zooms it's not really)
