2x teleconverter for Canon and Nikon DSLRs

Good build quality ; Far cheaper than Canon and Nikon's alternatives ; Included pouch

Not compatible with all lenses ; Noticeable drop in image quality

Overall, the Kenko Teleplus Pro 300 AF DGX 2x does a decent job to increase focal length while maintaining an acceptable standard of image quality, and it's less than half the price of Nikon and Canon's own 2x teleconverters.

If you're looking to extend the maximum focal range of your lenses but don't have the money to spend on a specialist telephoto, a teleconverter is a great alternative.

A good price. Not heavy in a bag. May replace my 300 mm f4:56.6.

The image qualité is average with my 200 mm f 2.8 and bad with my 300 mm f 4:5.6. I think it s better use the 1.2 or 1.7 converter...

This is quite a good product for the price, your lens will still operate on full AF but you loose the usual stops of light, it is best used on a bright day or inside in a well light area, it works with all my Cannon EF Lens, it also is really best to...

light loss , blur on hand held is there, on the long lens, but use a tripod and trigger and it's fine,
