Wish it was a bit wider (1.4 or 1.8) but needed the weather sealing.

Light, well made, weather sealed and has a dedicated aperture ring. And looks beautiful.

The focus by wire focus ring isn't the best. It takes some getting used to

Terrible sharpness near minimum focus distance wide open but sharpens up quickly as focus distances increase. This is rarely identified in reviews but is a minor issue only for relatively few shots.

This is a good quaility Fuji lens,It's compact and lightweight. The image quality is on a par with the 35mm f 1.4 version, but whereas the f1.4 version could be noisy and slow to focus the f2 is quiet and focuses much quicker.

Very compact ideal every day lens for travelling light. Very good value.

Would have been nice if supplied with a bayonet type lens hood as standard as the lens has the fitting ready but you have to purchase the hood separately at a extortionate price.

This lens is tack sharp. It is all metal, weather sealed and produces great images

The only bad point is the poor lens hood provided. I dont use filters so rely on the lens hood to protect the front element. It is small and nearly useless
