Put the adapter on and screwed in the lense. Took 2 minutes. Works really well. We use the lense in a sports setting where the camera has to be too close for the regular lense. This enables us to get a lot more into the shot. Very minimal distortion....

Sony and Nikon have or will have competitive camera out on the market but I have an invenstment with Canon lenes ans flash units so I am satisfied with staying with Canon at this point.
