24-70mm f/2.8G ED AF-S NIKKOR

This lens is very reliable work-horse in any conditions. You may able to craft immaculate images, very user friendly professional lens.

I prefer more bokeh in f2.8, same time I realize this lens is not for bokeh. Zoom ring is very close to the mount, but in no time any one will become familiar.

Although I like everything regarding this lens, the price tag is hefty!

Great focal range. Sharp images. I use this lens for 80% of my wedding photography.

No VR, but that hasn't actually caused me any problems at all. So don't let it stop you buyin this lens.
