Sharp Actius MP30
Slick design; lightweight; functions as a USB drive; plays optical media without powering up; solid battery life.
Mediocre performance; not particularly comfortable for touch-typing; no flash-memory reader or FireWire port; support options limited.
The Sharp Actius MP30 packs a commendable set of features into an attractive, lightweight, and competitively priced ultraportable laptop. We recommend it.

Sharp Actius MP30
The Actius MP30 ultraportable looks great and carries some new entertainment-oriented features, such as Instant Play and a glossy screen.
Instant Play feature for CD and DVDs. Cool design. DirectHD port.
Performance is a bit behind its peers. Keyboard and screen a little too cramped for serious productivity.
