Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 review: the best 2-in-1 laptop for Samsung Galaxy users

The Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 is portable, classy and it's a productivity powerhouse

S Pen included in the box ; Incredibly slim and lightweight ; Works seamlessly with other Galaxy devices

16:9 aspect ratio won’t suit everyone ; No facial recognition ; Lacks a 4K option

The Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 is a productivity powerhouse. It has a long-lasting battery, strong performance and the included S Pen works perfectly with its responsive touchscreen. Then, when the workday is over, its large wide display is perfect...

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G review: Connectivity is king

Samsung has ironed out some of the issues of its recent laptops to make one of the best ultra-slim, ultra-light laptops of 2021.

Has 5G connectivity - which is still a rarity in laptop devices ; Fantastic portability - really light for a 15.6-inch laptop ; Improved hinge mechanism and keyboard typing feel

Raw power for the money isn't brilliant ; High-pitch fan can be distracting ; Pixel structure is more visible than a 1080p LCD laptop ; Keyboard remains shallow

Samsung has ironed out some of the issues of its recent laptops to make one of the best ultra-slim, ultra-light laptops of 2021. There are some power sacrifices and it's begging for an at least slightly higher resolution screen, but if you're back to...

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 (2021) review

Unlike Samsung's standard Galaxy Book Pro, the Galaxy Book Pro 360 converts into a tablet with S-Pen support – but do those features justify the high asking price?

Solid performance ; S-Pen support ; Great battery life ; 5G available

Expensive ; No dedicated GPU ; Relatively dim display

If you're looking for a powerful, premium convertible laptop that's future-proofed, the Galaxy Pro 360 will take you far – and is a more affordable alternative to Samsung's Galaxy Book Flex 2.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 (15-inch) review: OLED disappointment?

Despite boasting great battery life and the S-Pen, the Galaxy Book Pro 360 doesn't quite feel like the apex of design Samsung was aiming for.

OLED screen is vivid ; Good performance ; Excellent battery life ; Surprisingly thin and light ; Comfortable keyboard ; Lovely S Pen integration

Mediocre build quality ; Restricted to 1080p ; Big bezels, 16:9 aspect ratio

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G review: An excellent coffee shop PC

Samsung's Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G isn't for everyone. This is a niche notebook PC for those searching for a laptop optimized for 5G connectivity, long battery life, and a beautiful screen.

Gorgeous OLED screen ; Simply outstanding battery life ; 5G option for mobile work ; Terrific inking experience, and the pen is included ; Decent value

Gorgeous OLED screen ; Simply outstanding battery life ; 5G option for mobile work ; Terrific inking experience, and the pen is included ; Decent value

Samsung’s Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G should appeal to a niche buyer searching for a connected, tablet-like PC with an excellent screen and battery life. Otherwise, you’ll probably find better options elsewhere.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 (15-Inch) Review

Remarkably thin and light ; Vivid Super AMOLED screen ; Dedicated number pad ; Distinctive Mystic Navy color option ; Unique software privacy and security features

No 4K screen option ; Uncomfortable keyboard

With a Super AMOLED touch screen, a 360-degree hinge, an 11th Generation Intel Core i7 processor, and unique software features, the Galaxy Book Pro 360 is the sleekest 15-inch 2-in-1 convertible notebook out there.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 (15-inch) review: a big-screen entertainment machine

Fully featured and fantastic.

Quite light ; OLED screen ; Long battery life

16:9 ; Screen wobble ; No stylus garage

Samsung’s new Galaxy Book Pro 360 is an excellent 2-in-1 from Samsung. It’s one of the lightest 15-inch laptops you can buy, with an OLED screen and excellent battery life.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 review: A beautiful thin-and-light PC

The Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 is a 360-degree convertible notebook that's both thin and exceptionally light, with massive battery life and a superb multimedia experience.

Fantastic 16-hour battery life ; Ultra thin, light and svelte ; Excellent 1080p OLED display and Dolby audio ; Solid value, though a premium price

Shallow keyboard ; A ton of preloaded apps, many from Samsung ; No 4K display option

Fortunately, Samsung doesn’t particularly overload the Galaxy Book Pro 360 with numerous third-party “crapware” apps. Still, Samsung adds tons of its own Samsung- or Galaxy-branded apps—some of which, it should be said, are quite good.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 review: In a class of its own

Apart from a few quibbles, the Galaxy Book Pro 360 earns our strong recommendation as one of the best portable 15-inch laptops ever.

Class-leading portability ; Attractive design (in Mystic Blue) ; Vivid 15.6-inch AMOLED panel ; Excellent battery life ; Reliable fingerprint sensor ; S Pen included

No stylus garage ; Display could be brighter ; Lots of bloatware ; Hinges are a bit loose

Samsung's Galaxy Book Pro 360 boasts class-leading portability, a vivid 15-inch AMOLED display, and long battery life, but a few missteps prevent it from rising to the very top.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G Review: Light Work, Anywhere

A utilitarian 2-in-1.

+ Solid build quality ; + Comes with stylus included ; + Long battery life ; + Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity options

- Too much software preinstalled ; - Display could be brighter ; - Lackluster webcam ; - Pricey

The Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G is a utility player with plenty of connectivity and input options that lasts long on a charge, but Samsung needs to lay off on the preinstalled software and go with a brighter screen.
