Refurbished HP Silver 15.6" Compaq 8540P Laptop PC with Intel Core i7 Processor, 4GB Memory, 500GB Hard Drive and Windows 7 Professional

This unit has all the features we wanted and it was easy to setup. This is the second refurbished laptop I have purchased through Walmart and they are well worth the money. You get a lot of computer performance at a very low cost.

So far I have no issues with this product...it is an older model as I wanted to stay with Windows 7...and also Intel 7 processor. A little heavy, but that is what it is... All in all, good purchase...the 2 yr. drop and spill for only $49 was good price...

Power cord did not work. Tried to contact Joy Systems, the refurbisher I was directed to contact for problems, by phone but no answer. Sent an email but got no response. Waited until the next week, was on hold for over an hour with Joy, then was told...

I am happy with my computer however i am upset that the white letters on keyboard are wore off and hard to read, and that i would have to buy a whole new keyboard to fix it ?? For almost $500 i didn't expect this.
