At AU$999, the DreamBook Light 350S is one of the cheapest notebooks money can buy. You get what you pay for, however.

Pioneer DreamBook Light 350S

Overall, I don't think this computer is worth the $999 dollars spent on it. You would save money buying something from Apple Inc instead of wasting money on repairs for this dodgy computer.

cheap, portable, has basic necessities

overall cheap look and feel, low resoloution,extremely poor battery life
