never had a laptop before but am very pleased with this product

Superb screen and generally quite fast once boots up.

Very, very slow to boot.

Light, easy to use.

Unresolved issues, currently back and forward to the shop with issues surrounding accessing the internet.

I like the screen.

The keyboard is of poor quality. The sensitivity of the spacebar is tempremental. Onboard speaker is very tinny and annoying. The touchpad is the reverse as it can sometimes be overly sensitive.
