Worst customer service and bad refurbishing

Nice hardware and specs on paper

I purchased five of these laptops. When the items arrived they had WIN 7 Pro and not WIN 8 Pro as advertised. One of the laptops did not even boot properly. When I asked them to send me a disk to get the correct version of the OS, Newegg said I would...

Asus P450CA

With 2 Gb more ram and i5 instead of i3 processor I expected this to be a bit faster booting up opening programs ect. than my old laptop, but I don't see much difference. Overall I am happy with the purchase if battery life was better I would give it...

I needed a replacement for my ASUS laptop and was able to stay with Windows 7 so my older Office version would work plus have the option to install Win8 later if desired. Also wanted an optical drive

Battery life is disappointing, less than the UL80, don't particularly care for the Smart Gesture utility it makes the touchpad hard to control. The good news is you can disabled some of the touchpad features if you can't adapt. Wireless range is a bit...

Bad product, horrendous customer service

Solid Win 7 Pro Notebook

Needed a solid Windows 7 Pro notebooks for running Office and presentations that would last for 4-5 years without any issues. These worked great. Would have preferred i5 4th-gen M not U, but for price it was worth it.

Core i5, 6GB RAM, price, weight, removable battery

Lacking 5GHz WiFi, panel resolution is a little low for mutli-tasking productivity

Horrendous touchpad; otherwise a good laptop

This is a good laptop that came with Windows 7 Pro installed

The touchpad is the biggest problem; its sensitivity cannot be controlled via the Windows Control Panel. Instead, there is an Asus utility where one can set two and three finger gestures to control scrolling a window, among other things. Unfortunately,...
