Nice screen, good specs, don't love the keyboard and touchpad

 

I don't think I would purchase again. Battery life, keyboard layout, touchpad issues.

The resolution and graphics card attracted me to this computer. Both are as expected - very good. Overall the specs are relatively good for the price. Feel of the case is sturdy. This is also a con though, since it makes the thing surprisingly heavy.

The touchpad is poor (often not responsive). Not sure if it's just a poor design or faulty. Tried to get a hold of the Lenovo Warranty people this morning, but no help available on a Sat. I'll have to try next week. The placement of the touchpad is a...

Good product but needs tweaks

 

I would recommend this product to others who have good computer skills and not for a first time user.

Screen resolution is fantastic and the features really make the laptop easy to use. Picture quality with the camera is great for video conferencing. The case is thin and seems durable and the weight is nice for the size of the computer.

The keyboard takes some getting used to and the number pad right next to the alpha keys key use a gap between the two as you tend to hit the numlock button or a number instead of the enter button. Personally, I feel that the keyboard should be backlit....
