H&R Block Tango

This is a great-looking tax prep site, but you should consider waiting until its substance catches up to its style.

Outstanding interface is visually intuitive, Unlimited phone and e-mail support

More expensive than most of the major players, Lacks some features such as multi-state filing

Like the dance, Tango is hot and beautiful; it makes other sites look like they're Clogging. But the site has some work to do before it hits all the right notes. At $70, Tango isn't the cheapest option, but it is the most intriguing

Tango

The user interface is essentially the same for both the iOS and Android apps. There are icons for your contacts, invites, and settings. You can choose to have Tango search your phone's address book and auto-populate your contact list with anyone that...

Very easy to use. Good video quality. Easy to switch between video and voice while on a call. Supports both Android and some iOS devices

Video quality is uneven. Long delays and poor voice-syncing in video calls

Though Tango is the simplest mobile chat application out there, with a good range of support, it doesn't make up for poor call quality.
