Alright.

I haven't had an bad things happen to my computer, then again I can't really compare it to any other laptop as I am not really a computer nerd. However i think it' does the job. My battery is completely blown though and constantly needs to be plugged...

I like it's design

Bad

These are no longer available new. Try to avoid buying a second hand one, and it might be worthwhile searching for keyboard problems with the new one. I'll have to replace this soon, because of its unreliability. I won't be looking at HP.

Screen seems clear enough (despite reflections). Fast enough. Fine computer while it worked.

If you search online for complaints about broken mouse keys on this model, you'll find a lifetime's reading. The flimsy left hand mouse button has now broken, which ruined the usefulness of my computer as it was designed. At least that can be fixed by...

Terrible

They make nice machines but the quality is far too poor and the customer service equally as poor. I have had 2 of these now. First one was faulty out of the box- with lines on the screen. 2nd one went blue screen after 18 months conveniently for them...

Looks very nice, nice key board and screen, lots of features
