Good design, sturdy make. easy set-up.

Computer slower than I expected. dvd drive very noisy. touchpad doesn't seem to scroll, and won't recognise my mouse - although early days yet, still learning. I wish I'd hung on for higher spec at roughly same money a few weeks later.

Does everything you need for home use. Purchased similar laptop 2 years ago for teenager use and that has hundreds of photos, coursework etc stored without any problems. Has better wi-fi connection than a more expensive laptop we have.

Can sometimes be a bit slow loading. Marked it down on design purely because it is not much to look at but I purchased for cost and reliability style was not important

not to heavy, nice compact size but still big enough for all the family to use (from 9 years to 62 years)

Easy to set up with clear guidance/ instructions. Very reasonably priced. Has everything on that you need for a basic office laptop.

Can sometimes be a little slow loading pages or opening documents.
