Leading the pack all over again
Faster than ever ; Same long-lasting battery ; SD card slot ; Great range of prices
Still poor webcam position ; No Windows Hello
The Dell XPS 13 is like a tortoise surrounded by hares, taking its time in adopting fresh, new tech to deliver an excellent, modern experience that doesn’t leave legacy users behind. Plus, it’s just bloody gorgeous.

An even more tempting Linux laptop offering
Modern OS ; Useful improvements across the board ; Probably the best Ultrabook (still)
OS update still required for optimal performance ; QHD+ model is expensive ; Not really worth it if you already have the 9350
The best Linux Ultrabook in the world just got a tiny bit better. A new processor, an updated operating system, better battery life and that same sumptuous screen make this one hard to resist.

This compact stunner has it all
Amazing display ; Compact body ; Packs power
Average battery life (QHD+) ; Adaptive Brightness ; Fingerprints easily

If you want a top-end portable laptop but aren't too bothered about fancy new features like the MacBook Pro's touch panel, you can't do much better than the latest update of the XPS 13. Here's our Dell XPS 13 9360 review
The Dell XPS 13 is an excellent ultraportable laptop, the best 13-inch Windows model going for many. Dell hasn’t aimed for a single superlative feature, a potential gimmick. Its footprint is smaller than the competition, but it’s thicker. Its screen...

Performance upgrades turn a superb ultrabook into an essential work companion
Infinity Edge screen is still breathtaking; Strong performing 7th gen Core i7; Generous port options; Attractive design
Disappointing battery life
An improvement on the already fantastic MacBook alternative, this is one of the best portable Windows 10 experiences available.

Here at KitGuru we love a good, gaming laptop. However, we also place high value on Ultrabooks due t Its small, its light weight and it looks like a fine machine to take with you on your travels…
Aluminium chassis.
I am not a fan of the carbon fibre palm rest.
For those looking for an ultra-portable laptop, the Dell XPS 13 is well worth a look. It is just a couple of minor issues which hold it back from our highest award.

Dell's upstart XPS takes on the MacBook Pro 13 in our head-to-head, but which is best?
These two laptops are the giants of the ultraportable world. Portable enough to be carried around all day, yet powerful enough to carry our serious work, they’re workhorses through and through. They’re both fabulous machines to work on and use:...

Just might be the most desirable Windows notebook on sale
5.7 million pixel display ; Aluminium and carbon fibre build ; Comfortable keyboard and trackpad ; Good battery life
No support for Windows Hello ; Introductory models do not support touch ; SD card pops out
Every part of this notebook has been geared to getting the most performance from the smallest possible footprint. It is a joy to the senses, with the cut of its finish, the vibrancy of its display and the compassion of its keyboard. It is among our...

The XPS 13, Dell's venerable ultraportable with the bezel-free screen, gets Intel's new quad-core CPU, with electrifying results in both speed and battery life.
