Straightforward to use. Set-up takes some time but things are fairly easy after that. If you need to be guided with set-up, it certainly does that. If you don't , then you could feel railroaded into certain options.

Recommends MacAfee, consequently you are plagued with pop ups all the time. It is tedious and unnecessary. As other reviewers have said, the feel of the casing is like cheap plastic, but it does make the laptop light.

Not a tech expert by any means but this is perfect for my needs. Streams content with no problem and is more than adequate for my needs. Quick and free delivery was a bonus too.

Fast, light and a really nice clear screen.

Only slight one is the outside scratches so easily. I put it in my bag once and it’s all scratched now
