McAfee software - had to uninstall it as it was acting like a virus itself! Windows Defender is so much better. Hours of Windows updates at first start. The usual bloatware to remove.

never started first time, screen would go blank and need restarting battery life was 3 hours max and although screen was 17.3 , the size of the bezel made it feel small compared to the rest of the laptop, and only 2 usb ports (minor thing), ordered new...
