Core Ultra is set to be a real departure from Intel's processors of the past several years. The Asus Zenbook 14 OLED is one of the first.

Great performance in mainstream apps ; Good gaming performance by iGPU standards ; Fantastic OLED screen ; No compromises on the connectivity or ergonomics

GPU speeds constrained by slimline form factor

A fantastic lightweight laptop combining good design, strong performance and an excellent screen. It’s a promising first showcase for Intel’s new Core Ultra range.

OLED display is simply gorgeous ; Skinny dimensions and decent connectivity ; Potent performance for an ultraportable

AI acceleration not much use – yet ; Gets a bit toasty under load ; Down-firing speakers aren’t very punchy

A potent portable with a stunning screen. The Zenbook 14 OLED isn’t ground-breaking, but acts as a great showcase for Intel’s latest and greatest CPUs.

The Asus Zenbook 14 (UX3402) is an excellent laptop, boasting a rich and colour-accurate OLED display, good keyboard, great overall performance, and a battery that’ll get you through the working day. Avoid if you're workload needs a dedicated GPU, though.

This OLED screen gets unbelievably bright, and battery life is still outstanding.

Incredible OLED screen, in clarity and brightness. Clever ergonomic feature lifts the rear of the chassis to improve typing angle. Outstanding battery life.
