Sometimes when working for a long time of period it glitches it self and turn off certain applications. Sometimes it may slow down if working on it for good 10 hours without resting it.

Battery life is good it’s only been on charge 2 times and had it for a month for uni so I’m on it everyday

The updates The computer freezes and doesn’t want to open it
