Too many compromises mean there are better budget tablets around

Dual 4G SIM ; microSD card slot ; Decent colour balance with video

Screen lacks sharpness and detail ; Hard edge to music ; Sluggish performance ; Very poor camera

Even at this price, Archos makes too many compromises here to make the 80b Helium tablet a good buy

Poor-quality low-resolution screen ; Little on-board storage ; Music performance could be better ; Poor camera ; Video playback can be unstable ; Lacks contrast

At its price, this Archos has competition too good for it to be this bad
