Iffy so far

Installing 16GBs of ram was easy. I'll update this review, or post a new one after I power this machine up and see if that liquid compromised anything

Price was good. Memory expansion is excellent. Very large screen

A clear, sticky, liquid was dripping out of the plastic bag the computer was wrapped in. Not a lot, but way too much for me. No CD's or DVD's of any kind, drivers, OS, etc

This did not come with 5850

This is too bad that nobody seems to understand or care what hardware is in the laptops. This is time and effort waisted to order, call, confirm, ect. I am not too happy at this point. I am sending this one back for a replacement. hopefully that will...

This is a very nice laptop

This does not have the 5850, it has the 5650 GPU. Newegg assured me it does in fact have the 5850 gpu, but indeed, it did not

not as advertised

I have read about how great the customer service is and so far everything I have read has been correct. I hope the rest of my experience will be just as good as it was today.

Beautiful screen, really quick and responsive. The biggest pro is Lynn in customer service, nicest customer service rep I have ever had to deal with. Very friendly and understanding

On the website it says it comes with the ati mobility radeon 5850. The one i received today came with the 5650 wich is a step lower and not as powerful and capable for gaming as the 5850. which is the main reason for my purchase

Nice, fast but last year.

I have 8943g-9319, love it. 1 year now. Still fast. I keep another 2-3 years.

Nice Screen, fast, good movies and games

No USB 3, 2nd hd need holder and fit door. Fingerprint Reader poorly

Base on the look and spec of this laptop it will need some additional solutions for heat. Buyer beware but not a deal killer for budget minded folks. It would be nice if new egg add upgrade solution for these crippled refurbish from manf. Offer 8gb...

current information justifies the cost

Missing too much information. What is the screen resolution, does it have wifi, is it even capable of getting wifi. Maybe this is not original spec of this model. Please add some details if possible so that this deal can be compared with other laptop....
