Received as a gift

My wife wanted a Mouse to match her new laptop, a nice pink one. Even though the color is not my first choice, personally, the product is great. No complaints.

I love the slight curve in the keyboard, providing a more natural feel for hand position.

I've noticed that once in a while a "key" doesn't register, which can be annoying when typing long documents. I've also noticed that a "click" doesn't register once in a while, even though no message appears saying the mouse is out of range.

Great keyboard, mouse not so great

The keyboard has a good feel to it. It's responsive and quiet. Both the keyboard and mouse are very easy to set up with the included software. The extra buttons could be useful at a later time, if I decide I need to use them.

The keyboard is a few inches longer than the normal size, so in order to close the keyboard drawer, I have to shift it over, and vice versa when I open it, in order to use the mouse.

Wireless Laser Desktop

It is nice to be able not to worry about a cord attached to your keyboard or mouse but I certainly wouldn't try to operate my system from across the room. Perhaps the Bluetooth model will provide greater range and flexibility.

Keys have a nice feel. Mouse has excellent response without the need for a special mouse pad and the wireless mouse is really a joy to use. USB connection is handy. "Gadgets" key is useful if you use the Windows Live experience. Keyboard has five user...

Keyboard is inactive during boot (XPS Gen4, A07 Bios) thus you cannot press the F2 key to enter and change BIOS. (You need a hard wired keyboard to do so).
