pretty shiny

get this keyboard, but get the version that comes with white lettering.

reminds me of typing on my macbook. the keys don't need to be pressed that hard at all

why the hell would you put black lettering on black keys?!??! the picture showed white lettering on black keys. impossible to see in the dark

Not worthwhile

This is not the keyboard for casual PC users. If macro programmable keys are a selling point to you you should know there are plenty of freely available software packages out there that allow your keyboard to execute macros. I bought this because I...

Noticed some improvement in typing responsiveness ; The keyboard is slim and lightweight

When the room is low lit I would be completely lost without the ridged home keys (F and J keys). I guess I've become accustomed to it now, but everyone who has used this keyboard hate it and complains about how difficult it can be to type using this...

Not really a gamer keyboard, typical keyboard

Its a Keyboard ; Built by Razor

No lighted keys ; Cheap materials ; Average build quality

Arctosa Black

I used this keyboard on a new i7 build with an ASRock X58 Extreme mobo. I could not reliably enter the bios using this keyboard - there seemed to be a power interruption to the usb during the boot process. I had to use an old ps2 keyboard while setting...

Looks awesome. Keys are still legible, but the black on black is quite nice ; Gaming on WASD works well - more than sufficient for me (I am not a pro gamer by any means) ; The travel on the keys is just a bit more than 'laptop style keys.' I like the...

White indicator LEDs are a bit bright ; When I depress the space bar- my thumbs contact the bottom edge of the keyboard- between the key and the frame. After prolonged typing, they were actually a tiny bit sore. This is the only key that seems to need...

Amazing Keyboard by Razer

I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about when they say some keys are switched. The only thing different from a standard qwerty is the num and caps lights. Driver software took a couple of attempts to install but the downloader means i...

Since I am not an avid typist this keyboard is going to force me to become one. The Keys are Black on Black which looks awesome. Nice long Cable makes it easy to reach from the back of my computer to the desk ; Media keys work seamlessly with Windows 7

The Caps/Num/Scroll Lock lights are WAY too bright ; Also the caps and num locks are switched, why ; The part of the keyboard that is not the keys shows fingerprints. So if you're a neat freak like me be prepared to clean it daily

Mismatched keys

It's just a keyboard, and my previous cheap keyboard at least had the correct keys bound to what the key says it should be!

Sleek, quiet, free with my PC purchase

Some keys are swapped?! I had no idea what my @ key was without going through the whole keyboard with shift engaged. It is swapped with the " key!! The macros won't change this?! This is the case with 2-3 other keys I will need

nice...

great for gaming, feels good to type on, wish the random extra backslashes would go away but whatever. replaced a saitek eclipse 2 and still wouldn't go back if you paid me. i was gonna get the silver version but black on black is just so classy. i...

price: best performance/$ ratio i could find ; black on black is pretty sexy, response is fast, keys feel nice when you press them. sorta a cross between laptop and regular keys but there's nice action (possibly scissor switch?). media buttons work and...

as everyone else noticed, this keyb is a fingerprint magnet. not so much the keys but the plastic around them and the media buttons will be smudgey within minutes of use (not worth cleaning imo, still looks cool) ; 4star kicker ; for whatever reason,...
