There is only one SHIFT key, and that's on the left hand side. What happened to the RIGHT shift key? Weird.

Large letters. Easy to use...just plug in like any keyboard. Got the mouse as well and love it, too. My child has already memorized how to get on Playhouse Disney all on her own.
