Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Keyboard

The Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Keyboard is a solid choice for anyone looking for a keyboard with Windows 8 hotkeys or who'd benefit from a dual-function spacebar.

Unique dual-function spacebar. Detachable padded wrist rest. Hotkeys and charm keys optimized for Windows 8.

Keys aren't backlit. Requires a dongle. Batteries aren't rechargeable. Directional arrows don't scroll through the Windows 8 tiled interface.

Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Keyboard reimagines the humble spacebar

Microsoft takes a new approach to the familiar spacebar, but its new keyboard could use some more overall polish.

An alternative take on the spacebar, a removable wrist rest, and Windows 8-specific hot keys give the ; a robust set of features for its price.

Mushy typing and the oversize spacebar make the Sculpt Comfort Keyboard feel imprecise and cumbersome.

It's always worth reexamining technological features we take for granted, but even if you like Microsoft's new approach to the spacebar, the Sculpt Comfort Keyboard needs some streamlining before it merits a recommendation.

Along with Windows 8 , Windows RT , and Windows Phone 8 , Microsoft has released a handful of new keyboards, trying to cover the wide range of people who need a physical keyboard regardless of it they're working on desktop or on a tablet. Of all of...

Even though I’ve never been a big fan of ergonomic keyboards, I have to say that the Sculpt Comfort Keyboard impressed. It isn’t the most feature-rich keyboard around, but Microsoft has done some interesting things with it. Splitting the space bar in...

The Microsoft Sculpt Comfort is among the best Bluetooth mice available. The BlueTrack technology scored high marks on every surface we tested on, including glass. It has five functions with touch-sensitive gestures optimized for Windows 8, though it...

It's extremely accurate on every surface we tested, including glass.

The mouse doesn't have an ambidextrous design.

The Microsoft Sculpt Touch is one of the best Bluetooth mice because it's extremely accurate on any surface, very portable and can accommodate every grip type.

Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Keyboard

Pretty easy to us

Certain keys keep sticking or not working at all. Having to press a key 4 or 5 times to get it to work isn't ideal when typing constantly.

Smart looking, ergonomic keyboard.

The '2' key doesn't always register first time. Need to be careful when typing numerical data.
