Not quite the gaming keypad to rule them all, Logitech's first effort is nonetheless useful both for gaming and productivity.
While not quite the consummate marvel we had hoped for, despite its flaws Logitech's G13 Advanced Gameboard is the most desirable gaming keypad on the market and justifies its high price with features like a programmable LCD screen and backlighting in...

Can it really lure gamers away from the keyboard?
Comfortable ; Adaptable ; Left-field ; Well-designed
Expensive ; Left-field ; The screen may be a little gimmicky for some

Improve your gaming with extra buttons One of the frustrating things about some modern games is the sheer number of buttons you need to remember to get things done. This is especially true ...

The Logitech G13 Advanced Gamepad is definitely a niche product, but with a comfortable design and wide array of features, it's a good fit for the diehard gamer.

If you haven't got enough macro keys on your current keyboard, or you're a laptop gamer, the G13 could be the add-on for you.
Highly customisable. High quality construction. Can save your profiles to the device for portability. Mac compatible.
Edit function not working for macros yet. Key layout is not natural, which will result in some buttons not being used. Mode buttons aren't as visible as they should be. Pricey accessory.
If you haven't got enough macro keys on your current keyboard, or you're a laptop gamer, the G13 could be the add-on for you. It's not the most comfortable solution we've used, and it's certainly not cheap, but its programmability and rugged...

For most PC gamers, the best part about playing on a PC over console is the added control and flexibility of using a mouse and keyboard. More specifically the mouse gives you the amazing control that just can't be found with a gamepad. The keyboard,...
There isn't much more than needs said that I haven't already covered. But if you haven't figured it out, the G13 can be hard to get used too but it totally works great once you do. You literally can program every one of the 25/29 keys to do anything at...

Adding to its "G" series of gaming peripherals, Logitech has released the G13 Advanced Gameboard. The G13 offers 25 programmable keys, 3 quick switchable profiles, a 4 way control stick, and a GamePanel LCD. Read on to see how the G13 fares in a...
comfortable ; on the fly" macro recording ; user controllable backlight color mix
joystick lacks analog output (right now) ; joystick is uncomfortable and hard to control ; on the fly" macros don't support delays
The G13 arrived at my doorstep in a standard cardboard box; apparently UPS took a dislike to it, because the end was all smashed up.

Looking like it's been plucked straight out of a sci-fi film, you're unlikely to find a gameboard with this much style

Today we have the opportunity to check out the Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard. The G13 offers a customizable keyboard for any gamer. A natural contoured design is implemented into the 25-key setup. The LCD Display is yet another benefit of the G13....
Ergonomic design ; Plenty of programmable keys ; LCD Display ; Quality composition ; ANY color backlight
Expensive ; Hard to get used to
The Logitech G13 certainly has a lot of features packed into this Advanced Keyboard. The key configuration doesn't allow you to just use keys or macros, but use programs, open files, or do pretty much whatever you want it to do. The LCD Display is a...
