Great for Laptops

 

The company I work for (telecom) only gives people laptops, and with a job that deals with numbers on orders the number pad is essential. I then decided to purchase a seperate pad. I choose this one for its price and reviews. Some features I liked are...

Small with a cord long enough to wrap around the back of a laptop with usb ports on the left. Num lock only affects the number pad and not the laptop keyboard. Backspace on the keypad

Cable would not be long enough for a desktop, but who would buy this for a desktop. The 000 key can be annoying, would have preferred a larger 0 key

Scorpius 30 NumPad

 

The package refers you to a web page for drivers which is dead. Searching for drivers, I found one driver which was buggy, and several dead end links. Have yet to find a working driver.

Small, simple & inexpensive

Comes with no driver. The NumLock key also activates the NumLock on my Laptop keyboard. This means if I want to use the Numpad and the keyboard together, I have to continuously turn Numlock on and off
