BTC 6300CL EL Keyboard

Keyboard with low profile and EL Lights.

Silent, Excellent usability, Scissor type keys, Ultra slim, USB/PS2

I was bit surprised that I liked this keyboard so much. I've always wanted a keyboard that is bit similar to keyboards found on laptops/notebooks; short travel distance on keys when pressed and similar overall feel. Now that they have taken these...

Outstanding keyboard

If you don't like the blue backlighting you can disable it by pressing F10+ESC.

I'm on my second one. I had my first one for about three years before spilling a drink on it. I wasn't able to "fix" that and love the thing so much that I went out and bought another one ; I like this keyboard so much that I demanded my company buy me...

Price. Seriously!!!! I have no idea why they are so expensive

With nearly 20 years experiance with computers, this keyboard is my most favorite. The keys feel very much like those of a laptop; very smooth and quiet ; I love being able to see the keyboard in a dark room. All the keys are backlit so you can clearly...

None other than after two years of very heavy usage, the "a", "s" and "d" key have the paint rubbed off and I can no longer see them

awesome

just buy it & save yourself $20+ extra that a similar namebrand product would cost

looked for a luminating keyboard & found this for a fraction of the price other top end models were going for... this is a steal for a keyboard with backlighting

none... the lighting is perfect, no longer will i lose my finger placement during gameplay

Hidden Gem

I have a habit of switching my mouse/keyboard every 45-60 days as I grow out of them really fast and always wonder if this next one is any better. Recent keyboards: MS Comfort Curve 2000 (it's cheap but is very comfortable), MS Natural, Saitek Eclipse...

This keyboard is a hidden gem among high-quality keyboards. It is significantly heavier than most keyboards in it's class and has excellent key and construction feel. Feels just like typing on a laptop keyboard, only not so claustrophobic. The keys...

Num+CAPS+scroll lock lights aren't blue, a bit pricey for Newegg. I bought mine at the big "F" for a good deal less and it wasn't on sale, just a spur of the moment thing

Nice, but lights buzz

Really nice feel to the keyboard. Keys are very quiet

After about three weeks, the keyboard now has a high pitched electronic whine/buzz while it's on. It's pretty quiet, but it's annoying. Luckily you can turn off the keyboard light and the sound stops. But that kind of defeats the coolness of the...

Better than Saitek so far.....

I'm not sure why folks are comparing this with a laptop keyboard. It's not, it's full sized but it's thinner is all. ***I always wondered why someone hadn't come out with a keyboard stand that had multiple adjustments and a cushy, but firm wrist rest...

Thin design but nicely spread out keys for more of a normal feel to the keyboard.** Extra buttons at the top that access default apps like Browser, EMail, etc includes full controls for the speaker volume and song playback controls. Has a slumber...

About the only thing I don't like about this keyboard, compared to the Saitek Eclipse II is that angle adjustment is very small. Two little itty bitty clips

Just what I wanted

If you don't like laptop, scissor-style keys, the don't buy this keyboard. But if you do, it's the one you should get. This is my second laptop-syle keyboard. I do a lot of typing every day. I liked this keyboard so much at work that I bought one for...

Slim, space-saving design. Very comfortable and fast to type on. Keys are arranged in a traditional design. They're easy to read and easy to reach. Nice blue glow with an auto shut-off feature

The price seems a bit high, which is why I can't give this keyboard five eggs. Also, I wish it came in black as well as sliver

Great Keyboard

A little pricey but well worth it!!

I normally do not like the "laptop" type of keyboard. Thsi one feels different though. It is very easy to type on and looks great at night. The backlight isnt too bright either. I have seen a couple of other brands that are extremely bright but this...

A little flat but i am already used to i and love it

Great.

I ordered this after reading carefully about the version that doesn't light up. I got this in TWO days! I was not expecting it. Hopefully it lasts long, its doing fine so far!

Works great, I think the lights are nice and bright. The keys sound very soft, and feel soft. You don't need to press down hard, and the layout is the same as basic keyboards so no learning how to type over again. I haven't used the media buttons yet,...
